No Returns — Exchanges Only

All sales at Yuki are final. We do not offer returns or refunds under any circumstances. We do offer exchanges on ready inventory pieces, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Window — Ready Inventory

Exchanges on ready inventory pieces are accepted within 15 days of purchase, against store credit of equal or higher value.

To be eligible for an exchange:

• Original purchase invoice must be presented
• Original IGI certificate (if applicable) must accompany the piece
• Piece must be in its original condition — lightly worn is acceptable, but pieces showing damage, structural alteration, or resizing are not eligible
• The piece must not have been modified, repaired, or worked on by any jeweller other than Yuki

Store credit issued on exchange is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

How Exchange Value is Calculated

• Gold — 100% of prevailing 18K market rate on the day of exchange
• Diamonds within 15 days — 100% of original invoice rate
• Diamonds after 15 days with original invoice — 80% of original invoice rate (lifetime)
• Diamonds without original invoice — no diamond credit
• Making charges — not included. Non-recoverable.
• GST — not included

Custom Orders

All custom orders are final sale. No exchanges after delivery unless there is a verified manufacturing defect. In the event of a defect we will repair or remake at no charge.

Manufacturing Defects

If your piece has a manufacturing defect we will repair or remake it at no charge with no time limit. This applies to loose or fallen stones caused by a setting fault, broken clasps or structural elements that failed under normal use, and surface defects present at time of purchase.

Repairs & Resizing

Complimentary for 6 months from date of purchase. After 6 months a nominal charge applies. We will always provide a clear estimate before any paid work begins.

IGI Certification

Lost certificates can be reissued at an additional charge. Original certificate must be presented for lifetime diamond exchange.
